Communication Executive

 JOB PURPOSE
 
The purpose of this role is to drive and manage task execution to clients. The Communication Executive will provide efficient client liaison and project management abilities to deliver on client requirements.
 
 The Communication Executive will actively consult with clients regarding Media and Marketing Strategies & operations and all other issues relating to clients’ requirements. 

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Client Relationship: Manage clients as the main point of contact ensuring effective briefings, seamless operations, and time management. 
  • Maintain positive internal and external relationships to deliver objectives and milestones according to project timeline.
  • Engage with clients and continue ongoing relationship development. 
  • Participate in the idea generation both internally and externally.  
  • Record keeping and archive all clients briefings and materials and generate periodic reports. 
  • Make sure that all materials/projects are met within both standards and budget. 
  • Be presentable in all manners for any adhoc or scheduled meetings.
